Bride Valley Farm Shop offers only high quality produce from the local area.
The beef we sell is all from our own herds, raised at Longlands Farm, Littlebredy. They graze the chalk downland, which is specially managed for conservation, without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
This land is home to an abundance of flora, including several species found only in this type of pasture.
One of our herds is of pure-bred Longhorns, an old English breed producing a superior meat, very popular with our customers.
The pork, lamb, poultry and eggs that we offer are carefully sourced froma selected range of producers, who raise their stock to the same high standard as our own. All the pigs and poultry are traditionally reared.
We also sell a range of home-made and locally supplied pies, pickles, chutneys and sauces.
Special orders are always welcome, although notice is appreciated in order that we may best fulfil your requirements.
