April is a lovely month in Abbotsbury. Having an almost sub-tropical climate the flora in and around the village is usually far in advance of the rest of the country giving an early feel that Spring really has arrived. There are lots of footpaths in and around the village to take in the scenery before perhaps stopping to take refreshments in one of our pretty tea rooms or our historic inns.
