Marie Laywine, artist, born in Canada, now a permanent resident of the U.K., living and painting in South West Dorset for 17 years.Her studio is the former Congregational Chapel in the 600-year-old village of Abbotsbury. The Dream is an integral part of Laywine's life, the guiding influence in her journey across the world and source for her painting. Laywine's journey, where she has lived and painted include, Firenze, Italy; Brittany, France; the Middle East; the Himalayas and Great Britain.
