The answers you give in the questionnaire will be treated as confidential and you will note that the completion of this form can be done anonymously. Should you wish to volunteer to help in any way or with any of the activities you will find the opportunity to give your name and contact details at the bottom of page 3.
After completion of the questionnaire, the results will be analysed. Those results will be published so everyone will be aware of the views which have been expressed, and upon which future action plans will be based. This will be followed by another open day/public meeting and the finalised Plan produced.
The Parish Plan will be used by District and County Councils to decide how to spend public funds. It will be up to you, the community, to have your say on how public funds should be spent.
It is important that you return the document as detailed in the document to either your local collection point or via the post by Halloween (31.10.08).
